This week, we got a bunch of yummy stuff from our CSA.
Last night we had a late supper consisting of kale, pecans, and craisins.
We’ve also had a couple of nice salads made up of lettuce, spinach, green onions, and radishes.
Sometime soon, I’m planning on making pizza. The first step will be to chop up the tomato and one of the zucchini. Then I’ll cook that down with olive oil, garlic, red wine, and maybe some fresh herbs. This will be the sauce for the pizza. I’ll spread it over some frozen pre-made crust and top with goat cheese, Parmesan, and thinly-sliced onions.
