- throat soother tea (lemon balm and Pennsylvania Dutch Tea Thyme)
I’ve been cooking like mad today because we’re going out of town for a week’s vacation Saturday (and missing Farm Day.)
Who takes vacations from Wednesday to Wednesday, right? So I always end up with two crazy half-weeks instead – one before we leave and the other when we get back the following Saturday and there’s still three days till the next delivery. Tomorrow I’ll post what I’m doing to get ready.

Have a great vacation. When you get back, there is a recipe for leek pie in the cookbook that we got with our member packs last year. I made it earlier this week. Delicious!
